Shooting

Postby jim » Tue Jan 01, 2013 4:11 pm

Anyone else bothered by the constant noise of shooting in the fields beside us. It is constant from early in the morning right throughout the day. I am sick of listening to it knowing that some innocent animal or bird is being shot.

They aren't shooting animals at all - its a sounding device used to scare birds away from eating crops etc

There may a sounding device there but I have seen hunters with their rifles and dogs going on to the land where the circus has been early in the morning. They parked their car in the graveyard car park. So there is some shooting going on on that land.

Shooting season ends on 31st January so, should be quiet after that.

They are probably hunting pheasants as I have seen a few on the green in Samson's over the years
I worked my way up from nothing to a state of extreme poverty
