Barking Dog

Postby jim » Sat Sep 29, 2012 3:41 am

Whose bloody dog has been barking in the court since 4 o clock this morning. Do the owners not hear the dog or are they just plain deaf or just plain inconsiderate. It is not the dogs fault. These gardens were not designed for dogs. They are not even proper gardens. The noise just bounces off the walls. Dogs should not be left out in these gardens 24 hours a day. All dogs should be taken in at night. It should be against management rules.

If you talking about St Samsons Court - trust me that dog barks every night. They leave him out at night time - might as well annoy the neighbours not the owners !!

Yes St Samsons Court. What are the management rules regarding dogs being left out at night. Or is it more a noise issue. Either way it is disturbing the neighbours. Has to be some rule against it.
