Absolutely so that we can keep the already good relations good. All the issues that I have requested the management company review have been taken care of i.e Heat alarms to apartments going off. Cleaning of common areas. Waste management albeit a lengthy process and other matters too numerous to mention.

Ive just checked with the Property Mgr and we cant set one up until the
developers hand over the development to the Mgt Company, then we can
form a residents committee.
The developers are still sitting as the directors at the moment, that means it will be hard to get anything done until they hand it over.
With all the bad press mgt companies are getting, it will be up to us as residents to make sure the place is looked after well

Hi,

This is a query for Shannon Homes section of Belmayne

Just wondering if anyone along Churchwell Ave has had any problems with the water tanks. Have an apartment rented out there and the tenant informed us that there is a water marks appearing on the ceiling in both the ensuite and main bathroom, obviously from the water tank - anyone else come across this ??
