Leaks - Churchwell Ave

Postby cands » Sat Mar 08, 2008 6:29 pm

Hi,

This is a query for Shannon Homes section of Belmayne

Just wondering if anyone along Churchwell Ave has had any problems with the water tanks. Have an apartment rented out there and the tenant informed us that there is a water marks appearing on the ceiling in both the ensuite and main bathroom, obviously from the water tank - anyone else come across this ??

We're on Churchwell avenue and haven't had any problems so far with the tanks. We're in a house so don't know if that makes a difference or not..

Best of luck in getting it fixed

so much for my plumbing experience, its not the water tank after all, its the tiles on the roof that allow for ventilation. The tiles are placed incorrectly and will need to be changed to prevent rain water running into the attic etc ..... The problem is that the roofing contractors are no longer on site and we have to wait for them to arrive, before the easter holidays hopefully.

Susan in KPM said it happened to a number of the duplexes but we only found out about the problem on Saturday

Still trying to get the above problem sorted out, the latest is the pipe that's installed to remove steam from the bathroom and ensuite isn't long enough and doesn't reach the roof, which means that the steam turns back to water and pours back down through the vents in the bathroom and ensuite ceiling and is like a tap running from the ceiling ..... .

Shannon Homes are still using the excuse is that they have no one on sight but they are looking into it ......

Any one else have this problem
