I have been on ay oxygen for a while to no avail, i have a complaint form from Dublin city council filled in ready to go, I was on to them a few minutes ago and they claimed our bin was already sent and they made the assumption that "perhaps one of your neighbours took it" given the fact that their left hand doesnt know what their right hand is doing I wouldnt tend to believe this. They promised me a "second" bin this thursday at the latest. i wont hold my breath!

No don't hold your breath as I have also been onto them coincidentally this will be the 11th time. They said that the man that delivers the bins is off sick but promised me one next week. Now considering that we have all been onto this for near on 5 months now. Lets ask one of our TDs to help. Does anyone know who we should approach. If you have a name I will be happy to contact.

They seem to be telling us a lot of old rubbish!!! I think they should at least be consistent in their lies..

Hi after reading the last mail I was really really cross so I rand the oxygen Supervisor about getting all their facts right and Cathy Rochford (Call centre Mangr) Said that they would get someone down and give a bin to who ever had not got one at that stage. Well guys can we believe this! we will wait and see.

well all the bins were delivered this morning, and they were leaving another one outside our door and I told them I already had one, so most people who already got them have a 2nd one.

Amazing but not 1 for me so I rang them and they said to adopt 1 for the moment. I took from an empty house.

I got a bin that same evening that you got yours delivered to the back by Neil. I let the one I had to Ransom go. So all is well...
