extra lock broken too

Yes, it happened to us as well. The inside got twisted overtime and eventually broke. We're gentle now when when open.

Ok thanks gqma, thought these locks would be a bit sturdier though have to say, 2 have broken inside 6 months!

Just wanted to add that maybe this was a once off (or should that be twice-off?) with the lock and Stephen has been good enough to replace it again. I'll treat this one a bit better and hope it lasts!

Our main door at home must have a reliable locks. It is to avoid any unauthorized entries especially if you are out.
