Hey Guys,
Snagged yesterday, very little wrong with it apart from the odd plaster splash on door frames, also, I didnt think we were going to get this little luxury seen as we were phase 2 but our back garden came sodded with grass which is a nice little bonus! Better go and get a lawn mower!

John I'd give them a ring to make sure they havent forgotten about you, as I said I am on Churchwell court and got the letter about snagging 2 days ago informing me that the closing date is Feb 5th.

Hi Marie, I think one side of your road is the HOK - Development and the other is the Hooke and McDonald hence why there is a difference in the turn around time. Rey, I mentioned to my solicitor about the short time to snag and he advised me that, if your snagging only really involves cosmetic thing...

The dishwasher is not integrated and is 45cm in the 2 bed house, its probabaly bigger in the bigger houses, the washing machine is not integrated and is a standard 60 cm regardless of house size, Also important is that the cooker, for the 2 bed house at least is a hob and oven style with the hob bei...

Dee, I am on churchwell court, I was in yesterday and am very happy with the finish, doubt there will be a while lot of snagging, some advice on the kitchen though 1) an extractor fan IS inlcuded, we were told it was'nt 2)Best to go for an integrated fridge as the size allowed for the fridge is 56cm...

I rang them on the number posted on this forum (page 4). From the road the other day I could see they had started landscaping, could see little trees, very impressive looking I have to say, does anyone know if the back gardens come rolled with sods like phase 1 or are they just planted?

as you may have seen in other parts of the forum we are hoping to be snagging in the next couple of weeks, so pretty soon after that I would imagine although Im not sure if that means the road that goes from the Malahide road to the hole in the wall road will be open then too but here's hoping!

To get the amount of tiles I need I estimated the sizes based on the plans I got from Shannon homes (i just rang and asked them to send them out) its handy enough to do, I just rounded up for the tiles to allow for breakages / imperfections in the plans. the plans are roughtly to a scale of 1cm = 1m...

Have been doing a good bit of looking for them myself, for tiles the best i gound was the place beside atlantic homecare in coolock, I cant remember the name right now, and for floors, it depends on what you want but the best 3 places I found for selection and price was Dessie Kiernans behind the go...

Good thinking Gerry, I went to DID in Airside, good prices and they said that we can ring them whenever we want them and we will have them within 2 days which is handy so they are not in the way for flooring etc...
