Re: Shower Doors (Shannon Homes)

Our shower door has fallen off the runner again - we've replaced the plastic rollers once before - just wondering if anyone else had the problem and if they fitted the door with something other than the plastic roller shutter - seems the door is to short for both top and bottom runner Any idea what ...

Re: Anyone had any leaks in their attic?

Eventually got the problem solved re leaking air vents in both bathrooms. Shannon Homes sent out their plumber from Larry Fay Plumbing and a special insulation was installed around all the pipes leading from the vents to the roof. Problem solved so far, the plumber said there wasn't any other proble...

Re: car broken into

I'll defend the security (don't work for them or with them .... ) cos from what I'm aware they had captured the registration number of the car that the males arrived in, they gave this to the Guards and the car was stopped and both males arrested for breaking into the two cars, so at least they got ...

Shannon Homes sent two men to the apartment today to sort out the ongoing issues re roof and leak etc. The problem supposedly is that the condensation travels up the pipes, but when it gets to the top, due to cold weather it immediately turns to water and travels back down the pipe .... something li...

we are still trying to get Shannon Homes to fix the problem with our attic that we complained about last April 08. There is a pipe that should run from the extractor fan in the bathrooms to the roof to remove the steam, but in our case the pipe doesnt reach the roof, so the steam goes up the pipe an...

On the front window, there is a build up on black along the window sill where the window meets the cill, I'm told by a friend that this could be due to a break in the insulation on the exter...

FLOODING

Does anyone know where to begin when it comes to getting drains installed along the Mayne Road. The road flooded over the weekend just opposite the green area between St Samsons and Castlemoyne and it is starting to flood again after the last heavy shower. There isn't one drain along the whole road ??

I see that the Garda no parking cones are on the road today, so just reminding residents that the blessings of the grave is on and also next sunday. Last year, there was a good few comments about traffic etc, so just one favour, please don't let anyone complain about the blessings of the grave, beca...
