It will hopefully lead to a clearer communication of the aims and activities of the residents association to everyone and for those who don't visit the forum much it'll be a quick summary of what's happening.

I'm a big believer in starting multiple things at once, it keeps me on my toes!
And should the residents association in Belmayne or Northern Cross want their own blog just say the word and your friendly neighbourhood administrator will jump to action!
NB: jumping to action may actually mean he'll do it as quickly as possible which may not be very quickly. But this weekend he's doing a lot of website and residents association stuff so now's the time (good job your neighbourhood admin is single or he could be spending his time buying flowers and going for dinner instead of doing all these newfangled things
