Just wanted some feedback other than our road as to whether castlemoyne should have seperate breakdown of accounts than st.samsons.

This is not possible. When people purchased they should have been aware that management company ( the company legally constituted) was for Castlemoyne and St Samson's.

Therefore, there is one set of accounts.

I cannot see Adrian doing this and anyway, do you not have a complete breakdown for Castlemoyne in terms of what you pay. There are sections of the big equation that do not refer to Castlemoyne and only to St Samson's ( bin collection + insurance for apts as examples).
