leak in bathroom

leak in bathroom

i have not moved in to my apartment yet and there is a leak in my en suite. i havent done any work in this room yet. does anyone know if it would be the management companys responsibility or who is the best person to contact

Marianne if you contact your foreman he should be able to get someone to call back and fix it. I had a few small glitches after I moved in and still one to go. Once hte builders are still o0-site its easy enough to get them to call back and fix problems that didn't crop up when you were snagging.

If you are in Churchwell Drive Cathal Fahy Shannon Homes will look after it he is absolutely wonderful I too had small things like radiator leak in ensuite and he sorted straight away.
