What do they look after?

Postby tomf » Fri Sep 29, 2006 1:51 pm

Hi

Mainly making sure their fees are in on time

I have called them -- no call back.

They have never, in 8 weeks cleaned the stairs to my apartment.

So, the are not exactly making a great impression with me..

Just as an FYI - the SAP guys where cutting our grass last week and unfortunately a stone hit the sliding door and it smashed - luckily my sister was in the house and chased the guy and got the number for the supervisor who arranged for a glass guy to call us when we spoke him he he arranged to come out that night and the window was replaced the next day - However I just wonder if no one was in the house would SAP have advised of the incident???? Anyway just a little tale for information purposes!

I'm awaiting for the meeting soon.

The SAP guy cutting the grass is doing a lousy job everytime. Even my 3y old son would do a better job. They never lock back the private gates and they never lock back the public gates neither (So much for security)

I rang Sharon to inform her about a bulb in the communal garden that doesn't work and it's never been replaced.

Also, even though there are lights in the refuse , there are no electricity and you need a torch to get in there in the evening. It's getting darker early these days.

So I'll be asking questions to what our money is paid for.

Gaetan

management fees

Postby EmSe » Thu Oct 05, 2006 11:37 am

Just to let you know that I received a break-down of the annual fees from Sharon today. As they pay for our Bin Charges, we are entitled to claim tax relief on this. Sharons e-mail sharon.byrne@kpm.ie & check-out the revenue.ie website

Management Company -

Postby andy » Fri Oct 06, 2006 1:05 pm

From Delilah's post, I take it that the management company cuts the grass in the backgardens of the houses in the Court??

This is not the case in the Square - I even stopped one of the gardeners last time they cut the grass and asked why. He said that they only cut the grass in the houses where people have not yet moved in. I know this to be complete crap as I have spoken to one or two people in the Square who have told me their grass is cut regularly.

Are we not paying the same management fees? Anyone enquire about this with the management company???

Cheers.

:)

For some strange reason i was told the same form the gardeners the first couple of times, they were only cutting the unoccupied houses. But they've begun cutting teh grass now. I'm presuming that the first guys i talked to were paid by the builders but now that the majority of houses/apts are occupied the management company takes over the grass cutting responsibility. Anyways they're cutting the grass for us (think it was wednesday they cut it).

Now i just dont know what to do with my lovely strimmer, only got to use it once :(

It's cut in the court

Postby gqma0 » Mon Oct 09, 2006 9:39 am

Even though they don't do a good job at cutting, they still do it in the court. It was done last week or 2 weeks ago
