Re: Kids in the Development and on the Waste Ground

Excuse me but..are you actively reporting this to the managing agents? They need the details and times. I'm not defending them but they aren't reading this forum and they have requested that antisocial (including destructive) behavious be reported directly to them.

Re: Ramps in Belmayne

I like the speed camera suggestion! We do need to review security as there have been more than a few issues and its all very well saying it's not necessary until there is an issue affecting you directly. However this is aboutthe ramps and which type is best.

Re: Ramps in Belmayne

Hi, The guy for P7 is only for P7 buildings, right? The first week I moved (3 years ago) there was a high security presence and no speeding. It would make a diff to bring all of that back but would be extremely costly. Ramps are a speed specific solution. Plus for Mons if you are having difficulties...

Re: Ramps in Belmayne

That's a good point. Asfar as i know the road is still with the developer but maybe the city council would be prepared to help ahead of time? It wouldn't hurt to ask what their standards are in any case as they should be ramp experts.

Re: Horse in Belmayne

Apparently this happens on a regular basis around here. I guess we need to keep an eye on it and report it when it happens.

They are back again today and this time there are 3. I've called DCC. There appeared to be no one with them.

Re: Horse in Belmayne

Agree with Zaz. The DSPCA need to be called when a horse is left untethered and unattended on a road for his own sake and for others.

Re: Crash barrier at entrance to belmayne

Hi, To answer further. This is the same type of crash barrier you will see on all new roads through out Ireland. From what I have seen, its because of the drop on the other side. Some motorists are mounting the kerb at speed at night turning into Belmayne. My guess is its easier to push a crashed ve...

Re: Crash barrier at entrance to belmayne

Hi,
That's the standard design. Considering there has already been a fatality in that part of the road I am happy it's in place. Safety isn't always pretty.

Hi there,
Why not contact Bord Gais and ask them? If they are your supplier they would know.

Re: Calling all cat owners in the area...please

Hi Mons, Agree. I love cats but am horribly allergic and there is an offender using our lawn and back garden flower bed as a litter tray as well. I am slightly concerned about this cat as a healthy cat should dig down and cover. This one doesn't I don't mind the garden being used to play in but havi...

Re: Paddys Day!

Homer, Thanks for for your opinion but there are those of us who would want security and the more the better. We don't have to apologise for that ..or need a reality check. Have you had a break in or your possessions stolen? You are lucky if not. Everyone complains about how high insurance premiums ...

Can you let KPM know about the theft if you haven't already? Security is constantly being reviewed.

Re: Another Parking Thread !! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Hi All, I think we have a choice either have clamping, or work with each other. If its a resident (owner or tenant) a note should be enough or failing that a bit of dective work and a call to KPM. More of a problem, will be when we have more external vistors than there are car parking spaces and tha...

Hi,
Please make KPM aware of all issues. There are rules and they apply equally to residents and tenants.
