Re: Crash - 1st of Many

Hi, Thats not the first and it will not be the last unless people are actively letting the gards know that people are using it as a race track! I was almost run off the road by some idiot myself. Traffic calming will stop this stupidity but it will not stop minor accidents driving around corners. Un...

Re: Phantom Flowerpot Smasher

Hiya,
I don't live in the area so didn't see anything but that is pretty awful behaviour and really is just vandalism. It's especially nasty when you went to the effort of buying it and looking after the plants. We need to keep a look out for these idiots.

Re: Electricity being switched off

Hi Donna,
I would contact the HSA as well ..as this is a safety issue if the only access into and out of the building is via an unlit underground car park. NAMA or not this is a health and safety breach.

Re: Keenan Management Company and Hi!

Welcome to the area and enjoy your new home! KPM do what they can for us as far as I am concerned which may or may not keep 100% of Belmayne happy all the time but its better than some other managed developments where I have rented/owned. KPM are also keeping us up to date with a series of informati...

Re: Fire safety in Belmayne

I am inclined to believe with the figure quoted as 20k a month for cover that it is entirely possible we are properly covered for the perceived risks. Anything can be insurable for a cost. Lets wait until the documentation is available to look at properly. Also timber frame is reasonably new to Irel...

Re: NEW residents informal meeting!

I thought we were taking this discussion off line... but obviously I was wrong. Both Nell and I have owned up to being members of the RC several times (like its a crime or something the way you describe it!!!) but that is being ignored in these discussions. Neither of us have in fact stayed silent o...

Re: NEW residents informal meeting!

Mine is Mrs Johnson as it happens. I'm not posting publicly anymore on this forum and will take this conversation offline as it really isn't helping anyone. If you want an indication why just read my all posts and try to understand where I am coming from. I think I have been fairly consistent and ha...

Re: NEW residents informal meeting!

Hi Rebelfido I'm just going to copy and paste my post to you so that people can judge for themsleves. I'm not going to engage any further on this forum with you as it is a waste of energy. People can read it or not but just so we are both clear about my PM to you. "I felt it necessary to respon...

Re: Fire safety in Belmayne

Thanks Tom I don't need to be told to calm down or anything else patronising for that matter. This is a discussion so don't accuse me of sneering at anyone. I am sorry for people who are upset given I have seen my neighbor het up and in tears over some of the discussions on this forum...I am not apo...

Re: Fire safety in Belmayne

Furthermore.... I do care about "the costs involved, or who picks up the tab" ...... Also are you 100% sure NAMA will pay for this instead of Kitara... as it is Kitara we have contracts with and not NAMA. I'm not trying to discredit anyone but I prefer to look at the facts first. I am well...

Re: Fire safety in Belmayne

Excuse me but this is an open forum ...not a forum for slamming anyone who dares to speak their own mind. So far I have been told what I should be thinking and how I should be feeling in all this and in fact at one stage who I am. Don't tell me what to think and how to feel and expect me to stay qui...
