Re: DCC Green and Black bin Collections

Meant to ring them last week, they were supposed to be picked up two weeks ago so I thought it should have been today? I know in other places when they missed collection for the weather they came a few days later...

Re: Belmayne Entrances

I'm not "slagging anyone off" ceo and am not being "petty" as you call it. If and when the road between the two estates is opened up then maybe everyone will benefit but the road finishings, parking and finish on the exterior of those apartments has been poorly finished and there...

Re: Belmayne Entrances

Surely tehy are not opening the entrance at the road beside the schools??? It would become a rat run and dangerous for the kids going there I would have thought... I know its a bit of a pain for people to come in the other side but it seems madness to create a big junction where there are so many ki...

Re: Sunday World

Hi, Only seeing this now. I do agree that negative posts that are no longer needed should be taken down as it does make it out if you go looking that there is lots of crime which there plainly isn't! As for the sounds of stolen cars.... I live right beside the road and RARELY here cars going anymore...

Re: Managament Fees

From speaking to David in the last few months he has been working to try and get the bills out to us as soon as he can but I agree with randwick that he did seem to inherit a bit of a mess to be honest! Again, I think its wrong that we were given estimates but I do think we need to pay them so that ...

Re: BASKETBALL AT 3.30AM

I didn't hear anything on Saturday night thank God but I have noticed the cars burning up and down the main road a bit more lately which would lead me to think it's time to get the ramps back in. The more we do to deter people coming in to the estate the better. I can't give David a call as I didn't...

Re: Is Belmayne under car thieves attack?

Re: Father Collins Park opens today

I have been up to the park a good few times in the evenings now and on 2 separate occassions I did see a security guy walking around. I do know the police have been keeping an eye aswell as I have a friend that lives in one of the houses overlooking the park and she is having great fun watching the ...

Re: sound

Hi You should contact David in the management company and get something official recorded about noise. Also if the tenants are making noise at unreasonable hours such as loud music etc you should try and find out who they are renting from and if it's bad enough they should be sent a formal warning. ...

Re: buying in belmayne

At the moment all sellers are open to offers it seems and judging from the advertising in the paper again today the developer definitely wants to sell. If you are serious about buying go in with a reasonable figure but also lower than the asking price. Make sure you have all your stuff lined up and ...

Re: 3 & 4 Bed Houses From 310,000

Its awful what has happened to all of you in P7 and I am sorry that it has turned out like this as I know buying a house is an exciting thing and all that has been taken away from you. I am not a solicitor or anything but it might be worthwhile sitting down with your solicitor and seeing if there is...

Re: Hole-in-the Wall Road Link to Belmayne

Hi Peter Thanks for that, I for one would not be open to the road being open to the public as there are already people who use it as a racecourse late at night and it would make the road very busy. It would however be a great idea to get a pedestrian entrance there and especially with the new park o...
