Re: sat dish.

Very late answer but might be useful for other people The answer is yes BUT You will need firstly to sign up to SKY for the year as otherwise the cables and box will not be in your apartment/house. Remember the SKy distribution box converts from Fiber signal to what is accepted by the Sky Box or FTA...

Contacts Residents Committee

As you all probably know, Castlemoyne and St Samson's are jointly established under 1 Joint Management company - Balgriffin Management Company. Re: Threat from Debt collector re management fees

Hi

Sorry the terrible late reply.

Your solicitor will have a copy of your specific lease.

He is obliged to give you a copy of it. - Just ask

Re: Dog in st samsons court

Hi Shirley I live above the dog and sure he whines a little but, only in evenings mainly when he is due to be fed or when the family come home. I think he is fine and I know he gets at least 1 walk every day and at weekends he tends to get a long walk It all comes down to having big dogs in small ga...

Re: Serious structural cracks ST SAMSONS!!

Cornell Just a quick question - before you mention Pyrite and begin scaring the people - why not get your structural engineer in and tell us what he says. By posting in June and it is now near end of July, would you now think you could come back and answers the questions asked in terms of 1) did you...

Re: Serious structural cracks ST SAMSONS!!

I would urge everyone to inform management committee of any dealings with Management company. You can deal directly with KPM- never an issue. However, by reporting also to management committee we may begin to spot trends with particular problems we would never know about otherwise

Thanks

Re: Council pays for upkeep of estates

My opinion for what it is worth and is only an opinion is - Fingal would not take over an unfinished estate - Castlemoyne. Even if Fingal did take over the upkeep, it would only be for the grass and honestly, I think there would be outcry in relation to the number of times in a year Fingal are now c...

Re: Sky Shared Dish System

Hi people I would think there is a factor you overlooked here. You cannot break into the fiber connection that goes along the outside of the apartments/houses. You need to get Sky to come and install. So, you will need ( at least for a year) to take up one of the Sky packages. After that, of course,...

Hi

If the ruling has changed things then we would be foolish not to look at it.

Do you have any more info on it?

Re: Dumped Mattress - Square

Hi We had similar problem in The Court a couple of years ago with persistent dumping of items that should only have been taken to the dump. We setup a temporary time lapse camera and caught some people and they were fined ! In meantime, in relation to the mattress - please let KPM know and be aware ...

Re: Shooting

Shooting season ends on 31st January so, should be quiet after that.
